Chilli pepper ‘Hungarian Hox Wax’ is ideal for growing in the UK climate, producing early harvests of large fruits that change colour from yellow to orange and then red as they ripen. Pick them when yellow to keep the plant producing more, or leave them on the plant to turn red for hotter fruits!

With a citrusy flavour and a medium heat of between 5,000 and 15,000 SHU on the Scoville scale, these colourful peppers add a kick to a wide range of dishes.
